Custom Overhead Door Alarm with Adjustable Time Delay

About This Product

The Reliable Chimes Custom Overhead Door Alarm with Adjustable Time Delay alerts you when a commercial overhead door remains partially open after a user-selected delay. The buzzer activates if the door has not reached the fully open or fully closed position when the delay expires.

How the alarm works

• Two commercial overhead door switches monitor the fully open and fully closed positions.
• If the door remains between those positions after the selected delay, the buzzer or other 12-volt alert accessory activates.
• The alert stops only when the door reaches the fully open or fully closed position.

Adjustable delay

Set the timed output board to a delay of 1–60 seconds or 1–60 minutes. This setting determines how long the system waits before activating an alert for a door that remains partially open.
