At RELIABLE CHIMES, we are committed to providing a high quality shopping experience with respect for our customers' security and privacy. In order for us to conduct business with you, we do collect certain information from you, which we use within the guidelines described in this Policy. We may change or update this policy periodically, so we invite you to check here frequently. Privacy/Protection When Ordering from Us. To process your order efficiently and to notify you of your order status, we need to know your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card number and expiration date. We do not provide information collected through on-line transactions to outside parties, except as needed to complete your transaction and deliver your order. To further safeguard your privacy, we offer the use of a dedicated ( security certificate registered to Reliable Chimes, Inc. ) secure server using software that encrypts all the information in the transaction once you place the order. Additionally, all of the customer data we collect from the transaction is protected on our hosts servers against unauthorized access. As an additional precaution we will delete all credit card information provided by the customer DAILY , after orders have been completed.
Shipping is included in the purchase price of most of our products. Because of this Reliable Chimes Inc. will determine which method is best when the order is shipped. Should the customer want a different delivery method then the customer will need to make Reliable Chimes, Inc. aware and an additional charge for shipping will be added . Orders will normally ship the same day or the next business day and will be by UPS or the US MAIL unless otherwise specified. Wrong Address Charges In the event any customer provides Reliable Chimes Inc. an incorrect address there will be a charge issued to that customer for the wrong address for the charge that UPS will charge to Reliable Chimes, Inc.
Should the customer choose FIRST CLASS USPS, be aware your package is not insured and Reliable Chimes nor the customer should expect USPS to honor any claim. Hence if your package is lost the customer shall have to reorder at their expense
Your Information & Third Parties
It is not RELIABLE CHIMES policy to rent, sell, trade, or otherwise provide customer mailing or e-mail addresses we collect through an on-line transaction to outside parties. RELIABLE CHIMES may disclose personally identifiable information we've collected if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) conform to the requirements of the law or comply with governmental orders, court orders, or legal process served on RELIABLE CHIMES , or (2) protect and defend the property or rights of RELIABLE CHIMES or the users of the RELIABLE CHIMES Website.
PAYMENT PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase orders from State & Local Municipalities shall be accepted for all purchases.
Reliable Chimes, Inc. will reserve the right to accept wire transfers as a method of payment.
PAYMENT BY CHECK
Checks are accepted then deposited and must wait ten business days to clear. If the customer's check clears on the tenth day the customer's purchase will be shipped.
RETURNS & WARRANTY RETURNS
A 30 day return policy is applied to all products. The exception are final sale products. Please call 1-800-641-4111 or e-mail email@example.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization number to be displayed on the box as well as a copy of your receipt to expedite your refund. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all instructions in original boxes & and accessories such as screws and mounting brackets. Within 30 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise a refund will be issued in the manner in which it was paid if itemis returned in original condition( for example, credit card purchase will be issued a credit to that customers credit card) . Shipping is paid by the customer for all returns. Shipping is not a refundable expense. Any shipping and handling charges incurred by RELIABLE CHIMES, INC. from UPS or USPS shall be deducted from the refund.
REFUNDS WITH RESTOCKING CHARGE SHALL BE MADE BY CHECK
Should the merchandise not be returned in accordance with this policy RELIABLE CHIMES, INC. shall charge the customer a restocking charge not to exceed 20%. Security cameras restocking will be 25% . Security mirrors returns will have a 25 % restocking charge for returns/ exchanges unless found to be defective by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returns for exchange on Security Mirrors are deducted from any adjustment.
ALL SALES MARKED AS FINAL will not be accepted for return. Returns must have an RMA to expedite your refund or exchange. Merchandise returned for exchange will have no deduction for shipping with the exception of the items noted above. The products offered for sale thru RELIABLE CHIMES will be honored thru the manufacturer and in most cases be shipped to them directly. A copy of the receipt MUST be included for any warranty service. An RMA for warranty related issues must be included with the return.
