About This Product
The Reliable Chimes Commercial Magnetic Door Switch Alarm Kit activates your selected alert accessory while a door is open. Originally developed for a customer who needed a strobe to flash only while the door remained open, this ready-to-install system also offers audible and combined alert options.
How this kit works
A magnetic switch, or a substituted closet or door switch with the same function, controls the alert through a relay. The selected accessory remains active while the door is open. This listing describes that continuous door-open operation, called “momentary” in the original listing.
